Manufacturing Process

We have certain standard process of different work according requirement and order quantity.

We start planning for the order once we start advance from the customer.

In the process of manufacturing we divided all step in below.

1. In-house raw material - Firstly we plan how much raw material we required and we place order in same day we got advance and it will take 1 day in casting product , and wood we get in same day if any specific article than max to max it will take 3 days.

2. Raw production or construction of design. in this we made article as per Purchase order got form buyer

3. Final finishing - In this we do all important thing like polish or any extra assembly required.

4. Final Packing - In this we pack article according to Buyer Instruction.

Quality Control Process

Same like manufacturing we also have four step in perils of the manufacturing. After every step of the manufacturing process we do inspection for quality check.
